ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Any IRH Helmet found by the factory to be defective in materials and/or
workmanship within one year from the date of purchase will be repaired or replaced
at the option of the manufacturer, free of charge when received at the factory with
proper return authorization, freight prepaid. All modifications made by the user will
render warranty null and void. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other
warranties and any implied warranties or fitness for a particular purpose, created
hereby, are limited to the same duration as the expressed warranties. IRH shall not
be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and
exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights.

IMPORTANT WARNING ABOUT PRODUCT LIMITATIONS
Unfortunately, some accidents result in head injuries that can not be prevented by
any helmet. Depending on the type of impact, even a very low impact can result in
serious head injury or fatality.

REMEMBER: DO NOT NOT WEAR A HELMET THAT HAS BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT.
